For more than 30 years, our practice has provided exceptional dental care to families throughout Hermitage and the surrounding communities. We deliver gentle, reliable treatments in a friendly, private-practice setting. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional, comprehensive dentistry in a comfortable and welcoming environment, treating every patient with dignity, respect, kindness, and understanding.
Our story is one of resilience. When the 1998 Hermitage Square Plaza Fire destroyed Dr. Spadafora's original office, we rebuilt at our current location, where we have continued delivering compassionate, patient-focused care for multiple generations of patients. Many of our team members have been with us for more than 20 years, so you will always be cared for by the same familiar, trusted faces.

Dr. Dale F. Spadafora
Dr. Dale F. Spadafora is a restorative and implant dentist who has provided comprehensive dental care in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, for more than 35 years. His practice is built on precision, compassion, continuing education, and long-term relationships with patients.
Dr. Spadafora earned his Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio.
He is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of dentists nationwide, and has received the Academy’s Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition. He is also a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. His advanced education includes training through the Dawson Academy, Spear Education, Misch Implant Institute, Pikos Institute, Implant Educators, and PRF EDU.
Dr. Spadafora currently serves as President of the Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry. He is also Chief Clinical Officer and Lead Educator for Stabili-Teeth, where he lectures and provides hands-on implant training to dentists across the country.
Outside the office, Dr. Spadafora serves on Penn State’s Eberly College of Science Alumni Board. He enjoys beekeeping, making artisanal pizza, music, travel, Penn State football, and spending time with his wife, Dee, and their children, Isabella and Sergio.
Dr. Lauren Bell
Dr. Lauren Bell is a Hermitage-area native whose connection to the practice began when she was a child. Her family and the Spadafora family have been close friends for many years, and she became one of Dr. Spadafora’s patients at only three years old. He later coached her in soccer and wrote her letter of recommendation for dental school, making her return to the practice a very special full-circle moment.
Dr. Bell earned her bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She then completed an advanced General Practice Residency in Washington, D.C., where she gained additional experience in comprehensive patient care.
Her clinical interests include preventive, family, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Bell believes in listening carefully, clearly explaining treatment options, and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. She is excited to return home and build lasting relationships with patients and families in the community that helped shape her.
