UNDERSTANDING DENTAL INSURANCE
Knowing how your dental coverage works is important, and we will be happy to take the time necessary to explain the specifics of your plan. One aspect, however, is common among all plans: they are designed to encourage your active participation in your oral healthcare. Like all insurance companies, Fringe Benefits Services’ dental insurance has an annual maximum. At the end of a calendar year, beneficiaries who have not used their maximum benefits forego those benefits. In other words—use it or lose it.
We are an independent office, which means we are unrestricted providers. That gives us the freedom to deliver the care that is best for you. We choose only to contract with insurance companies that do not put limits or restrict the dental care that you deserve. We work with all dental insurances to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit allowed under your plan.

Our office welcomes and accepts many plans. It needs to be noted however, that due to certain restrictions with choice insurance providers, we aren’t able to participate with them. The insurance industry can make it difficult for us to maintain our excellence while participating as a provider. Since our philosophy does not allow the insurance industry to dictate the quality of care and level of service we provide to our patients, we’re proud to be setting standards of excellence in dentistry. We are well-versed in the latest coverage trends, and are more than happy to discuss the details of your plan with you prior to any treatments you may undergo.

100 percent coverage for preventive dental cleanings and exams
Between 80 and 100 percent for periodontal and endodontic treatment, as well as annual x-rays
